Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need to return an order, please contact us. If the product is defective, please reach out to us.

Email us with your order number and the reason for return.

We are currently shipping with FedEx. We can ship Ground, Home, Overnight or 2 Day services.

We may occasionally have specials, closeouts, and discontinued products.

Shipping & recent orders

We currently use FedEx. When we created the label, there is an email that is sent to the address provided to us when you ordered. That will contain the information for delivery date.

Due to out central location in the USA, most packages arrive in 2-3 days. Some destinations may take 4 to 5 days.

Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays and Saturday and Sunday.

You can check your order status in your account, or look for a tracking email that was sent when we created your shipping label.

It can take up to 24 hours for carriers to update tracking information. If your order has not moved in 7 days, please reach out to us.
